Come on, man - you know me. If I see it, I call it - as precisely as I can. Granted, I don't know what M.W. looks like... but someone with that much hatred rotting out their guts is clearly not an amateur at that game; that kind of emotional disturbance has been there for 50 or 60 years, and has broken through the surface. Imagine if you are a German company supposedly moving to China just because a natural gas crisis in Germany and all of sudden you can't run your company during the day anymore.

This is obviously a desperate attempt by China through this Chinese propagandist (not sure if he's self-appointed or sponsored by CCP) to lure foreign businesses back to China as what the first video showed, there is a major economic slowdown in China right now thanks to CCP's aggressive stance against the rest of the world, biting the hands that's been feeding it for the past 20 years, turning it from a third-world country now to the second largest economy in the world. No, of course the US, the sworn enemy of China according to @earth_imperator and the West is not to be credited for China's economic growth, no China achieved this miraculous economic growth all due to the great leadership of the CCP and not only that, it's China who's made the West very rich by trading with the West. LOL

So no, we are not going back to China. We would be willing to make us poor to decouple from China to wish China all the best in sustaining the meteoric economic growth under the great leadership of the CCP but without the evil USA and the West. LOL Lord knows we have stopped way too late after believing in maximizing comparative advantage in international trade without realizing when you are facing a trade partner that imposes unequal tariffs and engages in currency manipulations can turn comparative advantage to absolute advantage and leaving you with no advantage. It's only fools like Musk who would still naively believe in China's manipulation and operate in China. I hope Musk is enjoying being undercut by China's new EV company with its Tesla knock-off.

I would highly recommend any book by Bill Gates' favorite energy expert Vaclav Smil, particularly "How the World Really Works" that is specifically aimed at countering the utter nonsense that we are going to be independent of fossil fuels any time soon.
