More Obamacare layoffs

Quote from Max E. Pad:

You guys keep trying to break it down into numbers like 0.15 cents per pizza, the actual cost of a pizza is probably 1.50 cents which meants it adds 10% to the cost, the cost of a pizza has very little to do with the amount it costs to keep a pizza joint in business, and everything to do with the overhead it costs to run the restaraunt. Do you not get that? I thought you were a business owner.
It's all about margin, and competition, mate. Assuming my competition has to raise their pizza prices, too, the competition part is a wash. That leaves margin. I'm pretty sure margin in the chain pizza sector is horrible, so I wouldn't expect more than a penny or two on top of that $0.15.

The real question is how are these guys going to figure out a way to sling 10% more pizzas at their restaraunts, in order to stay in business.

My first guess is drop the diameter by an inch and call it an "obama special"

Or you could drop the length by 4 inches and call it Obama's dick..... :D

Quote from Max E. Pad:

Do you realise how many restaurants/franchise owners there are out there who are teetering on the edge of insolvency in this environment? We are probably talking about a number close to 50%, a 300k hit to the bottom line of any restaurant owner is devastating, especially in this environment.

I see you're making shit up again, just pulling numbers out of your ass.

It may be that the mom and pop pizza joint is affected by Obamacare to a lesser degree than the big chains, and that could be cause for concern.

Did you respond to the wrong poster by mistake perhaps?

I think you forgot the poor consumer paying extra, again.

Kinda like you keep forgetting the tax payer.
