Ok, I am going to assume you are simply not familiar with firearm laws but want to act like you are. Fine. I suggest you figure out for yourself what a misdemeanor is and a felony, then figure out what the article says the man was found guilty of/ pleaded to in Tennessee. Then figure out if any of those issues would prohibit his ability to possess and carry a firearm under any law.

Not true. Illegals commit crimes at a higher rate, but are many times only charged with immigration violations so they can be sent back and not be a strain on US resources.

Example. An illegal commits assault and battery on someone. Instead of getting 5 years in prison and costing the taxpayer $350k, they charge them with an immigration violation, they spend a few months in prison, then get deported.

Not only do illegal immigrants commit fewer crimes that really matter, they work harder than most citizens.

The point, over the Trumper's empty head, illegal immigrants do not commit more crime that matter and work harder than the average citizen.

SPLC reaches too far and catches all the hate monger groups. That's why racist righties hate them.
