Homicides are committed at a substantially lower rate by immigrants than by citizens. And that's true not only in Texas, but in general. The effect of trump's "murderers" streaming across the border would be to lower the overall homicide rate in the U.S., because immigrants commit homicides at a lower rate (#/100,000 immigrants) than citizens. The highest arrest rate for immigrants is for immigration violations, exactly what you would expect. second highest is for drug offenses (probably mostly marijuana).
Don't let the word criminal become a catch all word in your mind. Don't allow yourself to be misled by those with a hidden agenda. Don't be dumb. Be smart.

This is actually very important information, because our President has tried to portray immigrants as rapists and murderers, when on average the rate they commit serious crimes such as murder,rape, etc., is significantly less than the rate that citizens commit these crimes. So no, we can not expect the murder and rape rates to increase if we admit more immigrants. It is more likely to drop if we do that.
