Hmm, no, the man top left, and the man on the bottom are different. The man on top left has thicker and darker eyebrows, his ear at the lobe stick out more than the other man on the bottom, and his eyes are larger and rounder than the man on the bottom. My guess.

"one-time learning exp". what are you talking about??? i've spoken to over 100 hedge fund managers (small to large) and no one acts, behaves, sounds like you.

Ok I concede Doug Allen may not be David Morehouse due to sticking out ear lobes, but they are very similar.
