obama is totally wrong on this...but yeah,there is a lot of opposition to this concept so it might be that or his christian 'values'...I dont know how it impacts any anybody's life but that of the married couple.This is not even a debate.Its a silly,childish immature argument.
Marriage is a legal contract that you pay 25$ for at city hall.Why should permits discriminate your gender/race etc?
Let the church protest but since when do they control permits at your city hall?

Why is it my burden to persuade some kook why the definition of marriage should be left alone? Isn't the burden on the people who want to alter it? And haven't the voters spoken on that? Even in a state as far left as California they oppose it. Because they know it is not about marriage at all, it is about providing the stat's imprimatur of normality on conduct most people regard as unnatural.

I wonder what the reaction would have been if a Christian judge had assailed a contestant for being pro choice? Or if one of the contestants was muslim and was mocked and attacked for that?

Basically, the ball is Trumps' court now. If he doesn't fire most of the people running this pageant and somehow make it up for Miss California, he is basically saying he has no use for traditional american values or the people who hold them. That may well be true, but publicly demonstrating it has a lot of implications for his media empire.

Hombre, 2 women can not have a child, like 2 men can not. But both can go and have a donor. So 2 men can give sperm to a women to have their child, or 2 women can go to donar and have that sperm inseminated.
So why you are having no problem with 2 women together, but not men?
In my opinion men like to watch 2 women together, so that makes the gay women ok, but not the men, because it is something you do not want to see.
