Obama NEVER intended to help America (unless "helping America = turning the US into Socialistic sewer").
All along, he only intended to HELP HIMSELF and serve his puppeteer masters. So far, looks like he is succeeding.

The addition of debt to the federal budget was done entirely within the Constitution. The House and Senate approved the spending.
Maybe YOU don't want a Socialist state but, in fact, if the majority of Americans DO want one then it is entirely within the framework of the Constitution to implement one. The beauty of the Constitution is that it is a LIVING document that can be adjusted as the people and the situation warrants. Get 37 states to repeal the right to 'Free Speech' and it will be within the framework of the Constitution. (Thankfully it would never pass).
At one time, (actually even today by kooks), public education was considered 'socialist'. Medicare IS Socialism with a capital 'S'. Public roads, railroad right of ways granted in the 1850's, etc.: only a fool would think that Capitalism without Social intervention is the BEST government for the MAJORITY of people.
Obama, the Democrat Party, and Liberals/Progressives of all parties are focused on one single thing: serving the MAJORITY of people. You should be glad they are out there because I GUANRANTEE that YOUR family has benefited greatly by Liberal ideals.
Almost the entire fiscal activities alone of the federal government are so far outside of the confines of the US Constitution it is disgusting. This administration is accelerating the collateral damage started from previous administrations as THEY directly violate the US Constitution Articles VI and Articles IV.
First off, the supreme court is entitled to decide a legal opinion, particularly involving constitutionality. That's how the laws of the land work.
However, history is rife with kangaroo courts. On all sides.
I'm going to use the 'pornography' argument - you know it when you see it. And there are certain situations so egregious where no amount of legal tomfoolery will set it right.
When you see it, you will know. Its not the usual compromise to make the world work and the gears keep turning. It is a conscious and intentional choice to enter into evil, probably monumental.
At that time, I will excersize my god-given rights of natural law (c.f. hobbes), and protect my family's right to life and whatever liberties & property we can salvage.
As far as what opinion we will defend - I would prefer to be removed from that consideration if possible. Y'all can duke that one out without us. It seems to be a no-win situation, I regret to say.
People must be thinking that a military coup in USA is not possible since the USA army generals are well-educated people and they are not like third world country army.
