meh. we've been to Nola twice in the past few months...luckily before and after their lockdowns and some places were requiring this...
I simply wrote a different name and phone number.

She literally said "if you are tired of being locked down you need to vote for Biden". If Trump wins Michigan it is because of this woman.
 
Restaurants in the city here are asking for names and phone numbers when you dine in for contact tracing information.

Not that big of a deal since if I made a reservation they would have that info anyway so not like they are over reaching their bounds. It is a good way if someone got Covid then they can inform everyone who was in that place during a specific time.
