You're never going to be off of HRT. Really a bad idea at that age.
 
Even if I've got the testosterone levels of a 10 year old boy, I won't go on TRT. I'd rather live with half a nut, then permanent shutdown. My lifts have gone up considerably in the past 2.5 months, tho. Hope it turns out okay.
 
This sounds stupid, but skipping meals and working out in cold weather will burn fat very fast. If you run awkward, this will also burn weight faster.

If you have allot of motiviation issues, sex helps too. :cool:

I agree with others.

To lose weight: skip meals and/or eat small portions and/or keep track of calories.

To gain muscle: I'm a fan of a kettle bells. Relatively inexpensive and very portable. I have a single 16kg (35lb) kettle bell. Make sure you get a video to learn proper technique. There are classes available in some cities.

personality - that 's what attracts women.. Charles Bukowski, for example, you think he gave a f. about the way he looked ? still plenty of women around him.. I mean it's good to be in good shape but let's not exaggerate :)
 
they look at you the same way you look at them ,you can look good and have a good personality, isn't that what your looking for in a woman

You don't like to be in good shape and healthy? Its amazing the difference being fit makes in your life. Physical things are so much easier and you feel so much better all the time.
