I don't really have much dairy at all. Maybe some cheese on a salad once and a while but that's about it. If I drink milk, it's gonna be almond milk.

I am doing periodization; alternating a month of heavy sets with light set/high rep:

Month 1: 5x5 set/rep

Month 2: 3 sets approaching failure. The progression typically goes 22-25, 14, 8 reps to near-failure on each group, 2/day

Month 3: 5x5 set/rep

Month 4: GVT 10 set/reps upper body, 10/6 lower body; 2 groups/day.

Repeat 4 month cycle.

I hate the GVT and the DOMS sets me back an extra day of recovery, but great results.

Ammo, thanks. I'll take that under consideration. Memory problems over here, too. As far as the libido goes, I plan to buy some tongkat ali.
