). Currently down to 170lbs and refusing to "diet". I cut out crap snacks while I sit in front of the computer and have been eating more fruit. I also have gone from liflting only 3 to 4 times a week and dog walks to adding 3.5 to 4.5 miles jogging 3 to 4 times a week. I call what I do what it is and jogging is it, as much as it sounds cooler to say "I run". I shoot for 8 - 9 minute miles for the first couple and then head for as close to a 6 minute for the last as I can get. There is no question to me that pushing harder on the aerobic end has helped get me leaner. Quote from EON Kid:
