Glad it worked for you. I bought the 200:1 extract from that site, a few years ago, with zero effect. Later, Serge Kruez (sp?), a big promoter of Sumatra Pasak Bumi, said the 50:1 extract generally produced a stronger effect than the 200:1. Which did you buy?

As far as Tongkat goes, I know it works. I ran 2 bottles of Diesel Test Hardcore (old formulation) that listed Tongkat as the main ingredient. The effects were crazy. Not just on libido and erections, but confidence, swag, calmness and a profound sense of well-being. I really felt like I was "on" something. I wouldn't mind buying more TA, but rather get my test levels up naturally. Also, how safe is TA?

I buy the 50:1.

I muck around with the dosing varying from 3 grams day up to 9 grams.
Listening to the body. If on a bulk cycle use one month on 10 days off.
Maintenance is 5 and 2.
Eating good amount saturated fat helps... provided your cholesterol is at healthy levels.

I take Aromatase Inhibitor. Stinging nettle extract. Just for the sake of it. Can hear Atticus warming up on the old keyboard about now... :)

Also run the Mucuna pruriens in it's natural state. L-Dopa in the 5-10 % range. Nice synergy.

Yeah, when dosing the TA i feel "on". I like to train for body and mind. Helps with trading.

Don't really know about safety of TA. I suggest taking TA in consultation with a trusted medical practitioner. Getting bloods done etc.

I'll take anecdotes over abstracts any day. Like a trial of ubiquinone in infarc or cardiomyopathy. They use 60mg and expect a significant outcome when I take a gram a day for general wellness.

Recommend a good source of TA.

AIs work. Stinging nettle as well.

Hodge Twins say their quickest fat loss came from intermittent fasting.

Zinc is a natural AI, as is resveratrol.

Many shampoos that are marketed for men with alopecia (pattern baldness) have zinc in them. I use some myself, just in case...

So it seems that a number of us here feel pretty much the same way about the somewhat dubious value of creatine for our intended purposes...

So why take a protein with creatine in it ?

I was wondering if someone was going to catch that. :)

I'm not taking Carnivore at the moment because I'm in hardcore diet mode, which means that I don't want the extra puff screwing up my lines and making me feel fatter than I really am. Now I'm eating cottage cheese periodically throughout the day to curb hunger and keep me feeling satisfied.

I'm getting very close to my goal, and I'm using the mirror as my primary measurement device. I do weigh myself periodically just so see where I'm at out of curiosity. I weighed 177 this morning.

Creatine is one supplement right behind whey that has solid science showing it's benefits. And new studies are showing more healthy benefits not related to fitness and strength. Anecdotal evidence has it's place but it doesn't trump science.
