As I previously stated,if we were waiting on city councils and mayors for change we would still be waiting to end slavery.Police brutality is a national problem and as with all major problems this country has had its white conservatives from the confederate states congressional representatives opposing white supremacist change.

Maybe we can settle this with a Civil War. That way, we can become a vassal of China and the CCP will take care of us. All of us. Equally, more or less.
One thing is for certain, whatever we have been doing for over half a century is not working. If we are going to continue on like we have, we might as well as accept that some losses will occur and move on. No bloviating necessary.
