Let's get to the bottom line - obviously as a model that appeared in major publications she qualified for an EB-1 Visa.... especially in view that they regularly give out EB-1 Visas to people nobody ever heard of including squash players, a colored-pencil artist, a "classical music whistler," and an "instructor of magicians" -- or one of my neighbors who has a EB-1 Visa for being a clown that performs at kid's birthday parties.

Obviously the visa was being abused wholesale by men with influence. The guy who sponsored the new visa type clearly believes it was being used for purposes beyond the original idea.

Again, I know that in a con mind, if other people are doing it, it is ok. This is a situation where examining her truthfulness in her EB-1 visa is very relevant to the public's right to know about who is running the government.

All you libtards should try to obtain a EB1 and see how far you get. It's a lot tougher than you think. Actually i bet you all wouldn't qualify to be citizens to begin with.

Most of the people who come to the U.S. on a EB-1 visa have very little "influence" -- nor are they wealthy or associated with someone who is wealthy. The Visa basically requires two things -- that you are one the top people in your field coming from that part of the world in whatever your particular skill is (basket weaving, juggling, etc.) and that you can financially support yourself in the U.S. Nothing more.

Wealthy people use the EB-5 program to come to the U.S. - simply show up with $500,000 to invest in the U.S. and you are in.
