About the only thing outside our border is Canada. And mostly they just post hateful shit on our internet.
I could have taken offense at that remark as someone who goes to Catholic church... but I had to laugh. I don't think these guys get your anti pc humor.
If the world really wanted to put a dent in it, we'd chase down the money and cut it off completely. They'd be out in the streets throwing rocks.
But war is a good business, and thus, we ignore the money flow.
No need to chase very far. We know who bankrolled ISIS. Same country that is taking zero refugees and spending hundreds of millions financing radical mosques in Europe and the US. But they just agreed to buy a ton of military stuff from us so we will cut them some slack.
