That's actually a bug in google image search that I've observed when you use it to search for LinkedIn profile pictures. If you actually click through on each of those people you'll see they are real people (or at least have unique profile pictures), I posted one below. I think google image search is somehow confusing the person's connections so all those people you listed are all connections with one another.
