Hats off to Bolter,

excellent job in articulating a method of using MP. I belive Bolter is right in that, what he wanted to present has been done so in a clear and complete way. You now have enough to work out the details on your own. As you work with the MP in different market environments the understanding and feel will only become deeper for anyone who is serious. I belive what was just presented is enough, even when many don't want to see the thread end.

I don't think Bolter had any intention to become a teacher, but to only share and clarify his own thoughts. As with many great teachers they started out only sharing what they know and latter become known as a teacher long after they have shared their knowledge.
