People who are looking to move would still be looking to move for the most part but people right now who want to put their own house for sale on the market probably holding off. We could have a wierd situation where demand stays the same but supply drops off into summer when the season gets hot and economy reopens..houses can still be listed virtually though.

There isnt much upside left. We arent going to be making new All time highs in the indices any time soon.

Not up but maybe not as bad as people think. Talk to a few realtors, I always feel I get a better local sense than generic news but still would be relevant for your region and then compare notes...
