When will it reflect in housing prices, nothing on Zillow shows any prices dropping.

My guess not many people are viewing with the lockdowns, and even after the lockdown who wants to allow viewings, who wants strangers walking around your house spreading covid.
So most houses are effectively off the market for the next few months at least.
Classic classic housing down rent is up...

If you want to sell your house it should be no occupied.
Maybe Zillow is not good source for this ???
People who are looking to move would still be looking to move for the most part but people right now who want to put their own house for sale on the market probably holding off. We could have a wierd situation where demand stays the same but supply drops off into summer when the season gets hot and economy reopens..houses can still be listed virtually though.
