Marry who or whatever you want if it makes you happy. The federal government has no right to tell you what is legal in that regard. I'd even argue that states shouldn't have say, except that I can at least accept that - as people who are unhappy with one state's policies and legislation can simply move to another that they find acceptable.

I disagree. As a long time volunteer in elementary schools ... it's an awkward situation when a kid asks "why do I have 2 Mommies (Daddies)" and as a volunteer you know you can NOT answer a question about sexual orientation. So the kid is left there .. no answer. And they know they are different than other kids in that regard. Wish I could say to the kid "2 lesbos cannot create a baby" or "2 fags cannot create a baby". But the ACLU or some other radical group would accuse me of infringing on the rights of these ... people.

Have you ever given of yourself to others? Freely tried to HELP those disadvantaged? Well, I have.

And when a 9 or 10 year old kid in tears asks the kind of question I posted you have to cringe at the screwed up home (or is it homo) life they are dealing with. Feel free to further embarrass yourself with additional posts.
