Sure, some are, but some do it for the attention or power trip as well. Ever heard of a cop who has to fuck with suspects all the time? I use to work with people like that. Some deserve it, but not all scumbags need harassment to the extreme.
Wait, I'm confused. Who was the attention-seeker and power-tripper?
The suspect's accomplices and acolytes in this case kept denying, harassing, and pushing back. So what is a "good cop" to do? Lie down and take it?

As far as Native Americans, there ain't none. I know you know this but I figgered to bring it out.
The first city "considered by most" was Uruk, 4500 - 3100 bce, (I would love to trade in between a spread like that). A lot of Anthropologists say that the great human migration happened "Millions" of years ago, and started from "Africa". So even if humans spread out from the Mesopotamia, as some Bible believers affirm, or the "having sex with monkeys" theories that some anthropologists affirm, North America never had a "Native" population, neither did China, or anywhere else, other than either Africa or Mesopotamia.
As far as Real Americans, I am sure the Hippies taking a dump on the streets of San Fran, and their supporters consider them to be real Americans. Obviously the viewpoint of my two cousins who flew F15's in the first gulf war would have a different view

It eventually turned into both sides doing it...how can you not agree with that? There are a lot more scumbags on this site, do you guys want me to go full time in taking them down...pay me? This is the internet...it's not worth anybody's time.
Both sides? One side was looking to put something over on unsuspecting readers. The other side was looking to expose the fraud. The fraudster's accomplices and devotees pushed back. The guy doing the exposing didn't wilt. What did I miss?
I have been on this site since 2005, had a 2 year option trading journal years back which I eventually stopped because I learned the following:
Oh and I am not comfortable posting my resume as Dest is but my background has been attacked numerous times. I don't put my private shit out here while others try to. I am more than willing to do the private skype chat with Baron and show my bottom line numbers in my tax returns to show my net worth is comfortably 7 figures. People reference a book or class, I made more money last month than any of these has given me in their lifecycle, they are/were hobbies so go ahead and attack them.
Lessons :
1. It takes way more effort to keep up a journal than to simply trade and it only serves as a distraction.
2. Even after months of live trades with prices verifiable and profits posted, people still call B.S. so what is the point.
3. For every person that likes the strategy you are using and participates there are 4 more non-traders who think it is shit and dump all over the journal.
4. The profits/losses are real in my account whether I post them or not, so what is the point in the long run if the above three points dominate?
5. People who spend a lot of effort writing thoughts in a logorrhea fashion usually have little time to trade since it is impossible to day trade options/futures/stocks and write long winded posts. Most traders are direct, abrubt and to the point.
Also I have seen plenty of posters come and go so I start to recognize what the first stages of the B.S. are and when it eventually runs out, the disappear unsurprisingly.
Even my own post this long bothers me...

Hey FF, this is the point that some folks don't understand. I have seen the MM, Affiliate, Guru garbage for years and years. Once you ask for an explanation, boom, "Mr Moderator, the new boy is hurting my feelings, and I have Cancer, am being unfairly targeted by FinCEN, I am Autistic, I am being persecuted here, etc, etc, etc."
I am not even talking about the old, "show me a certified Blotter" question. I mean simple, straightforward question about, lets say the use of Fibonacci. I saw a guy say, "you see how the Fib lines up with this price, and this price, and this price", and I am like, "Yeah if you move it around the chart enough, you can get it to line up with about anything". Well the freaking began, then they totally lost it, and disappeared.
It's like Murrey Math, "Set to the first frost date of a secret location known only to Murrey" Yeah and eye of newt, tail of Trading Rat, and a virgin (if you can find one). Dude just draw a bunch of garbage on a chart, you will get correlation eventually.
Xela, Alex, Tim, BillyBob, or whomever was trying the old "Get started on a forum, then open an online business" plan. the only problem was they ran into D and others that were having none of this garbage. It amazes me that people still prefer hope and trust in an Anony Moose poster, rather than the realities of trading, very strange to me. Try to get them to read A. Elder, they prefer M. Douglas, rinse and repeat over and over. Interesting study in psychology and break from the monotony, but that is about it.
