Something to keep in mind when you "start anywhere" with an assigned P1...

While the system IS self-correcting, it may take one or more EE's and/or turns for that self-correction to occur.

I am not sure if applicable to your most recent post, but the caveat is worth noting.

As it appears, we need the volume elements until T2P included to be present in the trend.

On this sequence, I have no T2P.

-either I missed a T2P before bar 6*
- the table I copied has an error

Bar 1 : P1 is ass
bar 2 : XB, volume is DEC so T1.
bar 3 : SYM after degap, no UL, so ait. No volume element is there.
bar 4 : SYM after degap, no UL
bar 5 : XB, functional BO of the Lat. Up to now what I have understood is that there are to retro's. A first one defining the process by which we go back to measure every not measured bars of the lat, and another one making all next bars into the lat being measured. That's why I put retro. And, here I have the second kind of retro. It's retro onward. Ready to refine this and see it the right way.
AND from what I think that is true, here the bar 5 is in terms of volume emasured compared to the last measured bar. It was bar 2. The current volume bar has a level above it. So P2.
Bar 6 : T2P is not present.

I don't understand why a Aa could be on bar 6. I have to study this.

A-band is there with P1,T1, P2, check.
A lateral is there, check.
The lateral with unmeasurable bars is squished, check.

A 4bar context is there with the bar after P2 either being a repeat (bandpass), a Lvbo or a hvbo, check.

Lvbo is Ab, Hvbo is Aa. The P1 is gated after P2. If the P2 > leftmost P1, then this bar would have been in P1 rev chron zone and an Ag. P2 is only repeat only if it was < P1 leftmost.
 
"4-bar context" is not equivalent to "present in trend" as is listed as the context for Aa-EE on the A-Band sheet.

If "4-bar context" means "present in trend", then ANY volume >T1 after a P2 including >P2 would be T2P, which essentially eliminates a P1 following a P2 and any associated EEs with such identification.

There is no retro. There is no second P2.

No, check your volume element ranges lookup sheet; P1 gated after P2. Killed after T2P.

It becomes clearer when you look at the Ag’s on Jack’s charts.

And there is no T2P "present"

I also make the assumption (because I can't be sure visually) the LatBO P2 is not equal volume to T1, and the subsequent P1 (bar 6) is not equal volume to the first P1.

Actually, due to factors already determined regarding creation and lack of annotated debrief, Jacks charts are not definitive. Multiple examples does add a lot of credibility however.

While searching for Aa-EE in some of Jacks charts I ran across this.
I post it merely as an example of "why", IMO, Jacks charts are not definitive.

I have highlighted the section containing an Aa-EE...
Based on the colored "rays", the volume sequence following the annotated T1 is...
P2-P1-P2-T2P-Aa

Someone wasn't following the rules, and was not corrected.

My own DD: Aa hvbo after T2p. hvbo > p1. Ditch concepts of "leftmost" element as previously shown. Aa req wait in trend, or maybe just INT. When NOT, req precise VTP & EE proc. Market should show what works, though suspect arbitrary tf could break assumptions => WWT & WTF!

Read and test Jack texts. The charts are not in alignment with texts (but may provide additional clues where correct).

It's good to refine. Ie. kill t1 after p2 for rest of trend. p2 》dv > t1 = t2p

p2 》 p1 》p2.. (t2p<p2)

Chart Aa is in alignment with texts IMHO.

Yes, it is Alot of (re)Work!
