Please show me where Magna said I had anything to do with banning Ricter. Because this was a direct accusation from you to me.
Here are the facts, daisy:
1. Ricter had previously been found guilty and admitted to using a different moniker in direct violation of the TOS in the past.
2. I am not a moderator, nor do I have stock in ET, or have any pull with Baron or Magna. Long ago, I was a moderator under the username "Ivanovich".
3. Ricter showed up today under a new username (or someone claiming to be Ricter) for the first time in years.
Assumptions:
1. You are Ricter. There is no way for me to know this for certain, and I certainly wasn't the first or only person to make this assumption. At first, I believed you to be true but the more I debated with you the more I believed it so.
2. The new "Ricter" as the character "realRicter" is either the same person as the original or is yet another one of the lunatics on this forum who thought it would be funny to stir the pot and troll. There certainly are precedents for this (Freddie, for example, is known for at least 4 monikers). IPs are a dime a dozen with VPNs so there is no way to know for sure. All we have is our word, and when your word is already suspect (see fact #1) then you don't even have that.
So there you have it. A summary of the Here4money stupidity. Feel free to refute any of those facts or assumptions. I'm glad to engage.

This is a belief, not a fact I can prove. It is also completely irrelevant to any of our discussions, but I do find it amusing that it triggered the ever loving shit out of you in order for you to make this thread!

He's not Ricter/me. I'm willing to do whatever I have to do to prove it (except release my tax returns!), but you're right about VPNs and all that. I guess not even the mods have the tools to prove it.
I appreciate that you offer this, but there's really no way to prove that he isn't you because I don't know either of you (if you are indeed, different). Additionally, there's no way to prove you aren't some other looney troll getting a rise out of the forum and pretending to be the old Ricter. You could be c-kid. You could be Jimmie. You could be half a dozen names.
You could also be the old Ricter who is not Here4Money. This is a possibility. But given all the bullshit, there's no way to know. Its not like I expect him to be honest about anything.
