MAGAtards now blasting handicapped elders

He was heading into the store with a exposed knife....he could have had a gun
Just like almost every police shooting its starts with resistance to police ...I think people never think by disobeying a police command that they will be hurt..
In the end they all regret not following police requests

In this case at least the police should have shot the tires out

Resisting Arrest Penalties Under Arizona Law:
As a class 1 misdemeanor, it carries up to 180 days in jail, $4,575 in fines and surcharges, and up to 3 years of probation. The Judge has discretion to order additional penalties such as classes, counseling, and community service.

I dont see death as a penalty for resisting arrest...

Even if he didn't shoot the tire, the man in the wheelchair couldn't run far. The police should not shoot in this case. Unfortunately, that happened.

Arizona police officer who fatally shot man in a wheelchair is fired
Richard Lee Richards, 61, was shot in the back multiple times after being accused of stealing a toolbox from Walmart

That's pretty sad. The guys fires 9 shots into the back of an old man in a wheelchair who is pushing the joystick of his chair to go into the Lowes. The cop needs to be strapped into a wheelchair and given a knife and forced to joystick himself into an elementary school.
