Excellent point.like kneeling during the national anthem to bring attention to this.
I guess that "peaceful protest" shit didn't go so well.

But for Trump's COVID non-response; he'd be a fan.GWB claims he doesn't support Trump but he supports nearly everything Trump and Trump supporters support.

Tony Stark says he doesn’t support rioters and black nationalists and commies but he supports nearly everything rioters and black nationalists and commies support.GWB claims he doesn't support Trump but he supports nearly everything Trump and Trump supporters support.
Again, my Devil's advocate goal post was that,
Regardless of what we want to see; we cannot know whether the riots throughout US history have, helped, or hurt, regarding the relations between minorities, police, and the judiciary. Because,
We can't go back in time, prevent those riots, and see how things would have turned out. For all we know,
Things might be much worse than they are now, for minorities, had they not rioted in the past.
You keep referencing history, I am talking about today, yesterday only. I have said there is action being undertaken so the riots in Minn is just pointless.
Again, maybe I have not made myself clear, I am talking about riots this specific week, April 11th - , 2021...
Criminal justice reform won't solve the problems. In fact, it's relatively minor in terms of the obstacles black people face. They need to address the poverty issues or black people will continue to face substantial prejudice. Poverty/lack of opportunity of a group leads to more criminal behavior by that group. That leads to bigotry/negative stereotyping towards that group. That bigotry/negative stereotyping leads to less opportunities for that group. That leads to more poverty and more criminal behavior. It's a cycle. Obviously law enforcement officials are not immune to bigotry/negative stereotyping. Expecting that they would be is a pipe dream and goes against thousands of years of documented human existence. We try to get to less bigotry/negative stereotyping of different groups, but it won't be eradicated in our lifetimes. Racism is a form of it, but it's not the only form. It's just the most pronounced form in our brief history as a country. If you get enough people in a group they will find an outcast one way or another.Im voting GOP in 2022 and 2024 if they do nothing and blacks will be staying home.If Dems aren't going to do anything about a top issue for me I might as well vote GOP and pay lower taxes.
