I saw this reported, not CNN. If the guy’s a paraplegic, cops need some real training.

However, how does a paraplegic get his wheel chair in the back of a sedan single-handed? Didn’t get a good closeup but didn’t see any type of hand controls for brakes, accelerator.

Most wheelchair bound paraplegics drive handicapped equipped vans where they can roll into.

Doesn’t pass the sniff test.
