Maybe it is because cities run by Democrats tend to have high crime and mass shootings despite restrictive gun laws. While cities run by Republicans generally have much lower crime and no mass shootings despite not having restrictive gun laws. It all comes down to which policies work.
Last "non-white" mass shooter that wasn't gang related? Last one I recall was navy yard shooting a few yrs ago. I get it, cons like to conflate motives when counting bodies.

No, I'm claiming shootings involving multiple victims where the perpetrator is non-white are usually gang related. Not my fault crazy with gun slants white. I gave a clear example of an instance when this wasn't the case.
