Added XLY - Consumer Discretionaries today, at 10% - due to promising EPS forecasts. Here are the results for last week, and this week allocations; also adjusted the prior period results for dividends that landed last week for XLE and XLF.

Added a substantial exposure to Tech, via VGT today, as shown in the bottom table. Also the results for the past few weeks in the top table. Keeping all other positions intact for now.

Also sold EWJ yesterday, and VGT this morning. Here are the results for the past few months, and current allocations. So far beating S&P500 by 29% since I started this portfolio 2+years ago.

Just deployed the dry powder I got from the last week's sales into Oil (USO), Materials (XLB) and commodities broadly (PDBC) due to the geopolitical developments. Allocations: USO: 102%, XLB: 10%, PDBC: 10%. Here are the results from the last update, and current allocations:
