Thanks for your note, sorry, just saw it. I think XHB was trading below 60 when you posted this a month ago... It's at 61.17 now, and I would expect it to head down, given the 2-year low of new home sales. I have to be honest, I am baffled by the homebuilder's' rally last week.

Just bought USO for about 20% of the portfolio. Appears oversold based on the likely bump in demand driven by switching from natural gas
