Why stick with this tortuous reasoning? Why not just look at what is right before your eyes and ears. There is simply no other conclusion that any person well versed in the facts and testimony can come to. Kavanaugh is lying. What Leland Keyser said was she didn't recall the party but she believed her friend. Kavanaugh claimed over and over again in his testimony that the others said "it didn't happen". None of the people at the party said that, not even Mark Judge. What Mark Judge said in an interview was, "I never saw anything like that. The way it was described is even bizarre, about turning up the music and all this other stuff. It’s no situation I recall ever being in.”

Both of these statements are a far cry from, "it didn't happen."
