I think perhaps you were trying to refer to the features of Medicare, but I am not sure. If so, I don't believe Medicare covers nursing home expense. Even with Medicare part D, which is the drug coverage portion, out of pocket expenses can be difficult to afford for many seniors of moderate means until they are past the "doughnut hole."

As you say you do not understand what I wrote on the "safety net" part of insurance company's offerings in the CMS eligible cases. This prevents two things: Medicare expiring and becoming Medicaid and what is called "spend down. It is best for you to attend the presentations of these companies during open enrollment or in nursing homes any time of the year.

I am a record holder for sales in many insurance companies, CMS oriented or not. Most quality life insurance features premiums that are smaller than cash building after 3 years or so; a MEC strategy is required to avoid taxation, however.

Medicare as offered by insurance companies DOES cover nursing homes and any assisted living situations. The best coverage includes scheduled visits of doctors monthly), specialist doctors and nuse practitioners (weekly) at no cost what so ever. Part D for these companies is also included at discount rates and often there is NO initial barrier and after the donut hole transpires additional discounts over the CMS levels are available.

I am well know for my "connect the dots" kit analysis (11x17 analysis sheet) as intellectual property now made available through CMS and SS systems.

FYI, I am also a past medical practioner. During my past tenure I saw my malpractice insurance more than triple. My specialty turned out to be cardiac stablization during intial trama (A trauma center specialty) before emergency care could begin and before emergency care leads to stabilization if time is not called.

I am merely being descriptive. Not egotistical in my descriptions.

I solved much of mathematics and energy and have a theory of everything. My behavior is similar to Good Will Hunting. I drink a lot. I'm bored. Most of the people in power are threatened by me. I tend to avoid them. In that way I am similar to that movie.

I have been around for quite a while. Looking. Analyzing. Thinking. It's not magic. I don't see computer digitizing the air. I can't jump from buildings and land on asphalt. However. I understand and see through the entire haze of the global hierarchical systems. Remember the pods in the movie the Matrix? Well. If that were to occur, I guarantee all the hot chicks would have been scarfed up. Lots to this one and lots of similarities between me and Neo in that movie. Basically I see through it all and did so by learning every single subject on planet earth and calling bullshit on it all. Legal. Finance. Physics/math. Computers. I am an expert in those fields (not totally legal, but lots of basics.)

I grew up in a super-wealthy area. I don't want to go into details, but I could show you a picture. Satanists. Evil Masons. Child molesters. All for sex. Psychological horror show beyond all imagination. Insane. Believed in magic and age-swapping and immortality and conjuring god knows what. So, there were a few trust babies in there I grew up with. Source of all those Dangerous Liaison games and Cruel Intention games. The rest are copy cats, although the trust fund hot chick gangs have access to capital and influence and are pretty good at manipulation. They can't really get to me, but no one else is prepared for that kind of relentless psychological battle. That's why the Sebastian character is similar to me. I am 25 years older now. I think he was 17 or in 18 that movie.
