As far as I'm concerned, good coffee and dark chocolate are the food of the gods. Naturally, the chocolate should have at least 70% cocoa content. As for the coffee, may I suggest a 50/50 blend of Ethiopian Limu and Sumatra Mandheling. If you drink filtered coffee, try a #4 grind.
