The owner stopped developing it back in 2007 for personal reasons.

I am currently speaking with a programmer to see if he is interested in working with me to do a similar platform that will link to the current IB TWS and IB Gateway.

The deal I offered was, programmer does the coding and GUI, I do the layout and spec, and then show the coder how to trade using it - no freebies

Yep, I have worked at a global research company as an intern.
They had one branch director and one manager and all others were interns.
The Indian manager was a bitch, chatting all day along on the phone. We had to make international calls to collect information from foreign counties. She didn't really look after her interns and blamed interns when things went wrong.

I don't think this global thing is working because of this agency problem.
