Stop building "global" trading systems because they are too -generic- to make money in any location. Useless.

Hire 5 expensive local developers instead of 25 cheap global-team developers

Sit each developer next to a trader full-time to they understand exactly what matters

Good idea! And considerably practical too!

I tend to agree, but do need to Google check how many countries first!

Do the 5 local staff in each country just work from their own home?

You yourself need to visit them once every year would be quite enjoyable too!
