Who deserves the harsher prison sentence?

Did Smollet lie under oath obstructing an investigation and threatened a witness triggering a recommended federal sentence of 7-9 yrs while risking a potential 20?
 
Prison sentence for a hate crime involving bodily harm is about 10 years.
The hoax should receive the same sentence.
So even a ridiculous non crime like those you present...should be less than a hate crime hoax perpetrated by racist Juicy.

Rapists on average do 5 years. Good to know that you and your ilk believe getting caught up in a hoax investigation is twice as bad as rape.
Juicy deserves the same sentence that would have been handed out to his accuser if, you know, his accuser wasn’t himself.

Jussie Smollet actually, committed multiple crimes with 16 indictments by a grand jury no less. Roger Stone was prosecuted for the smallest infraction they can dig up on him. Remember too when they raided his home and arrested him with lots of police, guns drawn, rifles pointed at him and his entire family. Let us get real. The deep state was out to get him because he knew too much.
