Smollett was exonerated, the feds just couldn't have none of that.

WTH is wrong with you?

"An alternative disposition does not mean that there were any problems or infirmities with the case or the evidence. We stand behind the Chicago Police Department's investigation and our decision to approve charges in this case," the State's Attorney's Office said. "We did not exonerate Mr. Smollett. The charges were dropped in return for Mr. Smollett's agreement to do community service and forfeit his $10,000 bond to the City of Chicago."

Jussie Smollett case: Chicago prosecutors drop all charges against 'Empire' actor

full exoneration. Quit spreading fake news about this failed witch hunt of Juicy because his skin color makes it politically convenient.
  1. Mueller Report, vol. II, p. 7: "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

I just realized several things about Bloomberg/Trump:

1. I can’t think of any mulligans a mainstream voter would have to give Bloomberg before considering him, unlike all the other candidates, including Trump.

2. Bloomberg actually does seem to have formidable character.

3. Bloomberg could bring credibility back to the Democratic Party. He would need to take over leadership and be heavy handed initially and weed out the criminal Radical Left types and implement structural reforms to address endemic corruption and incompetence.

4. Even if I were to favor Bloomberg over Trump, I might still vote for Trump out of loyalty for the critical things he has done for us. In addition, I feel voting for Trump and him getting reelected would buy him 4 more years from prosecution(Persecution) from Democrats. Now if Bloomberg were to provide assurances that Trump would not be prosecuted if he were elected and I otherwise felt he was the most qualified for president, I would definitely vote for him. The key indicator of Bloomberg being qualified is ripping the Democratic Party a new one publicly and list appropriate changes that he will require them to make.

Yes, I agree with you Bloomberg/Trump debates would be epic.
Nice Auto-Bot post.

I couldn't care less what she's saying NOW. If she wants to go toe to toe with Dan Webb, she better start wearing a diaper. Her qualifications would barely rise to the level of getting Dan's coffee.

Again, WTH are you talking about with double jeopardy?

Judge Michael Toomin, who assigned the case to Webb, raised the possibility that Smollett could be charged again. According to the judge and attorneys, double jeopardy does not apply because Smollett was never prosecuted.
