Poverty. Although a rich nation, the level of homelessness is ridiculous, and way more than other poorer countries in Europe. Thousands of children going hungry... While people shit money from their ears in the city. A very rich country with children starving, while showing off foreign aid and thousands of charities. Pathetic.
Plastic tasteless food! specially fresh fruit and veg, 80% imported. Some people do not care, I understand, and you can see it from the amount of fat walking around.
Racism and nationalism. Even worse when you leave London.
The weather... It's fucking shit. Some people like gloom and hate the sun tough, most don't.
Stiff upper lip, you do wonder if people feel any emotions, joy or pain here. Unless there is alcohol involved. Then all hell break fucking loose.
Schools... although the reputation, the way children are treated, at least in London. Detention and isolation to 10 yr old for minor things. Then all ready to show off racist universities and boys clubs.

Paris does not need people like you, and it will definitely be there longer than you. Even the diversity is there to stay, you are not.
People come for the diversity to Paris and London, and the cities are very similar in diversity and issues.

I grew tired of London and want to relocate in the Mediterranean, where at least, food and emotions are real and beautiful.
But if I will miss anything, it will be the cultural diversity. If you racists don't like it, do not visit, if you are from here... You must be getting depressed and angry just by going for a walk. Get medications and

What I've noticed is that those who preach most about diversity and immigration often don't want to face the negative consequences of it themselves. The classical "as long as it's not my back yard" situation.
I personally know a couple who relocated to a new neighborhood in their city for the sole purpose of their daughter not having to attend a school where she as an ethnic Norwegian would actually be a minority and in a neighborhood with increasing crime and poverty.
Yet, the same woman is very pro-immigration and have outright called me a racist simply because I want a more firm immigration policy from the 3rd world. If she loves it so much - why is she moving away from it and trying to protect her daughter from it?
I don't know Paris or London intimately as it's a long time since I been to either, but Scandinavia and in particular Sweden is at least suffering very negative consequences of immigration. If that factual statement makes me a racist; fine. You can f''k off.
