We have multiple clear examples of political and viewpoint discrimination by high IRS officials. That is not only a statutory violation but also a violation of the Constitutional rights of the victims. They have an open and shut lawsuit against Lerner and others.
We have a coverup. We have at the very least two Commissioners of the IRS actively involved in lying to congress and obstructing justice. We have complicity by the Justice Department.

IMO - based on the evidence that came to light currently I don't think that Obama is culpable in this IRS situation and did not hide anything.
While there are other situations where I believe Obama has responsibility this is not one of them IMHO.
There was no evidence that President Nixon knew anything either initially. When government bureaucrats and political hacks are suddenly looking at lengthy prison sentences, their memories tend to improve. Dramatically.
My pointh though is that with Nixon, the media was obsessed with the question of What did he know and when did he know it? With Obama they don't even ask it but go directly to defending him as you did.
