I prefer listening to calm and serene kinds of music. This keeps me patient and calm throughout trading.

I was listening to metal today while trading. Leo Moracchioli on YouTube. Sometimes listen to old Trance Around The World. Techno / edm doesn't really distract me. Imo, trading should be very mechanical.
