Listening Music While trading ?

Oh baloney. They were not hard times in the 80s and 90s. We didn't have to do the duck-and-cover shit with the Turtle.
Always listening to something to mask distractions at home or in the office.
Instrumental / dance / trance is preferable, but I often have music playing on random / shiffle.

I prefer listening to calm and serene kinds of music. This keeps me patient and calm throughout trading.
Music and trading don’t go well together because I get distracted easily! However, I don’t mind playing it in the background occasionally
