Listening Music While trading ?

Music can mess with your thoughts and emotions and do you really want that when trading? It would be like taking drugs while trading. You need your mind to be at 100% capacity as if you were making a life or death decision

The proper music can get you off the drugs, man.

The key point that most people miss about listening to music while trading, or doing any other repetitive task, is to not listen to it at a high volume! It is meant to be in the background, at a low level. Something that is there, but not distracting. Soothing, not jarring.
