Liberals - Why do you support Globalism?

Why do you support globalism at the expense of America?

Open borders? Offshoring American jobs? Higher taxes and regulation for business? Importing Muslims who hate freedom, gays, and oppress women?

Why do you support policies that hurt America and Americans?

Serious thread.

Is it because we import motors from Germany and Japan, coolers and engines from the US, to name just the majors, and export our finished product to various countries in South America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, and, before they started stealing our design, China, and, before they went broke, Russia?

So in other words you support half trillion dollar trade deficits, the offshoring of Americas jobs, industry and the evisceration of its middle class....just becAuse...?!

The trade deficit reflects our strong dollar, strong because the world values it.
The offshoring of jobs is the normal working as intended functioning of capitalism. To benefit from capitalism you really should be renting your money, not your labor.
Our GDP per capita is at an all time high, so the middle class must be better off. Unless that figure is just an average, then the problem must be something else...

that is a ridiculous stretch of a post ricter.

if the world values the dollar the dollar buys more goods so the deficit would go down.
most people around the world buy goods in their market in their home currency. There is no expression of their like or dislike of the dollar.

China pegged to the dollar to keep their currency from appreciating vs the dollar.

Free trade with nations who don't reciprocate is not capitalism. It's robbery negotiated by idiots at best. Or, more likely, traitors paid off by foreign governments. Like Hilary's slush fund. Our trade deficit and national debt and industrial offshoring are a direct reflection of those one sided trade policies.

GDP per capita is the average. The lower and upper classes have grown exponentially while the middle class has been steadily destroyed.

none of these are good things. I take it you haven't listened to a Bernie speech yet ?

So the problem is not supply, but distribution. Thank you.
So you support the elimination of the middle class in the name of capitalism

And then support socialism in the name of wealth redistribution.

Which makes u a confused hypocrite.

How about you pick a side and stick to it ?
