jem you and the brithers keep holding on to the belief that there will someday be this grand birther trail with subpoenas and the birthers arguing their case etc.
If the 15 + state,state appeals, federal, federal appeals, military and Supreme Court cases that have been thrown out without even considering listening to birther nonsense doesn't convince you that thats not going to happen I guess nothing will

You do not understand... there will be know birther trial with a birther as the plaintiff, Obama will be the plaintiff.
It will be Obama who will be bringing the suit (not birthers) or provide the proof to get on the ballot in states like Texas. Get it. See how that works. Obama will be a proper party, the issue will be ripe, he can show damage, the only question is which courts will take jurisdiction.
The issue is a legit concern for those states because the guy's father was a kenyan, not an american.

2. is he a natural born citizen.... no one knows because the court has not defined that term well enough. I do not know if they will ever be willing to define it while Obama is president. But, we do not know if you have to have 2 american presidents to be natural born.

the problem with it... There are some non partisan intelligent judges on the bench.... and before they rule, they will follow the evidence code and ask for the originals.
So all the President will have to do, is produce the originals.
2. You are the obamaloon here. I am stating facts. Any scholar will tell you the definition of Natural Born Citizen has not been settled by the Supreme Court. The 14th amendment addresses what a citizen is.
