I do not represent any one and I do not care that some politicians may not have fully vetted the situation.

And I am not saying Obama is not the President.

What I am saying is that there is a good chance Obama will not be making the ballot in states like Texas without producing evidence or bringing a law suit.

I guess you missed the news that republicans in multiple states are going to introduce bills which require candidates prove they are born in the united states to be on their state ballot.

It is expected these bills will pass in states in which republicans control the both houses and the governor.

Obama will be complying or suing. Thats my prediction.

In fact I read arizona already passed this bill.

Whats your final outcome prediction ?Do you think Obama's name wont be on any state ballet in 2012 ?




My prediction

1.The long form wont be released.For it to be released Hawaii will have to change its laws and I doubt they care enough about the issue to do so

2.I doubt any of the bills you mention will pass

3.If one of the states do pass such a bill I predict The Supreme Court will quickly step in and overrule any such bill if the states say Obama has to provide more then the COLB due to the following

1.The Supreme Court recognizes Hawaii's COLB as the states official BC

2.The federal government recognizes Hawaii's COLB as the states official BC.The COLB allows you join the military,The FBI,any federal government job ,get a passport etc

3.federal law says all states have to recognize other states officials documents

4.The Supreme Court usually sides with the federal government when its a state vs federal gov issue


Dont know for certain what will happen,but my final prediction is Obama will be on every state ballot in 2012
