If the the birther lawyer brought the case in a court without any jurisdiction it would be frivolous.
If the issue was not ripe.
If the plaintiff was not a proper party or did not have standing to sue.
A court would throw the case out and might even grand stand a little.
From what I read that is exactly what happened with cases you keep bringing up.
No judge ever found that Obama was a natural born citizen and from what I can tell, Obama never presented evidence on that issue of his place of birth.
So stop acting like you know something about how a future court will rule. You do not even know what evidence Obama will produce if has to sue his way on to the ballot in a state like texas.
Since we do not know the evidence we do not know how the court will rule .
Perhaps Obama can prove he was born in HI and that he is a natural born citizen... but only obamaloons state they know where he was born.

You look around and see the bodies of state, local, and federal government as well as the courts that are satisfied...then look to the nut-jobs that are not satisfied...and apply a little common sense.
Your focus on "a lack of proper evidence" represents a small and unsuccessful minority of people. Additionally, a "lack of proper evidence" in their opinion, is not evidence of a lack of sufficient evidence to establish Obama's presidency.
