I have been explaining the same thing on this website for over a year now.
so far all we have seen is cases being thrown out on procedural grounds. But, I warned you that some states will not let Barry on their ballot without proof of birth place or maybe even natural born citizenship.
If HI really has the proof Barry needs it will all be taken care of Subpoena.
When HIgets a subpoena for the original info it will most likely produce the document and supporting info or claim it is lost.

within weeks texas and a few other states will require proof of natural born citizenship to be on the ballot in their states.
when Obama cant get on the ballot, he will have a choice... subpoena the original, or sue the state for entrance onto the ballot claiming the matter is covered by Federal Election law.
The eventual outcome will likely end in the U.S. Supreme court.
I doubt the court will be throwing that case out on procedural grounds because if they do, it will most likely be Obama's appeal being thrown out.

Rep. Darrell Issa is finally getting what he has long craved: subpoena power. From his new perch atop the committee responsible for oversight investigations, the California Republican will be able to demand any document he wishes and summon anybody to appear before him - no small thing for a man who recently referred to President Obama as "one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times."
Even so, there's one thing Issa says he won't subpoena: Barack Obama's birth certificate.
"Mine is not the committee that asks where the president was born," Issa said in an interview. "It doesn't ask what ministers that he went to think. All that stuff is a distraction. I'm not the overseer of the president."
