She described an altercation last week in which she and Avenatti began fighting about money, leading to him calling her an "ungrateful, f***** bitch." Avenatti proceeded to get "very close to me in a threatening manner that made me afraid," Miniutti said in the declaration.
As the altercation worsened, Miniutti alleged, Avenatti "began forcefully hitting me in the face with pillows from the bed," and then grabbed her wrist and, later, her arm.
"He dragged me on the floor of the apartment towards and out of the door into the public hallway," Miniutti said. "I was wearing only my underwear and t-shirt at the time, and suffered scratches to the bare skin on my side and leg."

He has been charged by LAPD with suspicion of felony domestic violence. He was required to post a $50K bond.

The Apartment Complex Security Officers provided eyewitness accounts to LAPD, as did the battered woman. According to TMZ there may also be at least one other material witness. Her face and eyes were swollen and bruised. She was living with Avenetti and was his girlfriend. They had separated and she wanted to return to the apartment to get her personal belongings. Before the incident she had called LAPD and the Apartment Security Desk prior to her going to the apartment and said that she feared that Mr. Avenetti might become violent.

Felony DV in California is a very serious charge.

How's that felony charge working out?

Cons: Pinning down a girl and covering her mouth when she screams while lifting her skirt is teenagers being teenagers.

Also cons: Pillow fights and forcefully removing someone from your property is disgusting, ruin him!

Moving on, seeing how throwing beer on someone's face is "assault" in many places, I don't doubt the misdemeanor charge may stick if he in fact forcefully removed her from his apartment. Could get complicated if she in fact "moved in" and had no where else to go.
