Most of this stuff is based off of the Clinton email investigation where there was across the board consensus among the investigators not to pursue charges. So in turn you guys now want to prosecute the investigators because some slob on Fox News has been filling the airwaves with nonsense.

So far we have plenty of real evidence that the fix was in for Hillary, who couldn't win even when given the answers to the debates (something that should also be prosecuted).

So far, I have not seen any evidence of Trump colluding with the evil Russians.

An investigation where someone sent emails to Clinton and she is supposed to get punished for receiving it because she gave those emails to be reviewed by the government while no one mentions the point that even if she used a government email system, the scenario would exactly be the same as that's are also an unclassified system. Horowitz is credible and he has not given any reason to doubt any of the fbi investigations of Clinton or the Trump campaign.

Where you’re being disingenuous is you’re trying to use the credibility of Horowitz as some way to undermine the Clinton investigation and muddy the waters. It’s a lazy argument without legs.

However, she did violate the Espionage Act, which has the purpose of making activities that facilitate espionage unlawful. Let's not forget that that whole back and forth about whether "extremely careless" is in any way different from "gross negligence" is an argument about the the language of the Espionage Act.

Beautiful. Defendant Trump and others are entitled to do discovery and subpoena evidence and witnesses to defend themselves. Hope the DNC and Hillary and Wasserman and Podesta are up for that. Also, they will be asked to splain why they prevented the FBI from having access to their computers to look for digital fingerprints.
