According to your "logic" they are wherein you believe recommending or referring prosecution on the fbi crooks is evidence of being an idiot.

Asking the justice system to investigate people who have possibly committed crimes is a responsibility of all decent Americans.
Who is doing the 'asking' is the question here, Cons who are not sure evolution is real know that certain people committed crimes because they read it on their FB feed which is full of nameless sites run by the Russian Government?
If done in good faith, sure, but this “referral” is done in bad faith and based on talk show host tabloid journalism.
The crux of the issue here is how brain washed right wingers are. All of the stuff you guys allege is not true. Most of this stuff is based off of the Clinton email investigation where there was across the board consensus among the investigators not to pursue charges. So in turn you guys now want to prosecute the investigators because some slob on Fox News has been filling the airwaves with nonsense.

An investigation where someone sent emails to Clinton and she is supposed to get punished for receiving it because she gave those emails to be reviewed by the government while no one mentions the point that even if she used a government email system, the scenario would exactly be the same as that's are also an unclassified system. So yeah we are not sure how evolution from non life to life happened because science is not sure. As of about a year ago science still has not discovered a complete plausible pathway from non life to life. If you wish to point of some examples of evolution once life arrived fine... I don't question that... but those of us who read science understand that science is still working on evolution from non life to life.)
