You mean something beyond the constitution, like unalienable rights such as Life or Liberty? Those rights are endowed to each individual by God not the government. The government exists to protect those rights not encroach upon them.

The American Heart Association attaches an "expression of concern" to the study published by anti-vaxxer Gundy --- basically saying the study is bullshiat and has errors. The AHA demands the author correct the study.

Sure, why not? Laws in a republic are now meaningless so long as you claim a divine objection. Ohh divinity, protect my right to spread disease and cause sickness and death throughout this land.
